Solid Core Wood Doors

Patson's lead core doors are manufactured to special order, with lead thickness from 1/32" to 1/8". Continous lead sheet is placed on a solid core, and then laminated with either your choice of veneer or plastic laminates complete with edge strips. Doors can be shop prepped for any type of hinges and locksets.

Hollow Metal Doors

Patson metal doors are manufactured to special order, with lead thickness from 1/16" to 1/8". Continuous lead sheet is placed in the middle of the door and then welded. Door is made of 16 gauge steel. Doors can be prepped for any type of hinges and locksets.

Hollow Metal Door Frames

Patson lead line hollow metal door frames are manufactured of 16 gauge cold rolled steel. Frames manufactured to wall size and hardware specifications. Frames are lead lined with lead thickness from 1/32" to 1/8".

Lead Lined Window Frames

Patson can provide either hollow metal or telescopic window frames. Frames are manufactured from 16 gauge steel. Frames manufactured to wall size and glass size. Frames are then lead lined with lead thickness from 1/32" to 1/8".

Leaded Glass

Lead plate glass is manufactured to the highest optical quality and light transmission available. All standard sizes up to 48 x 96 inches.

Operators Screens

Patson can provide lead lined operators screens, either stationary or mobile. Screens can be made from either 16 gauge steel or solid core wood. Lead lining can be lead thickness from 1/32" to 1/8". Frames can be custom made to your specifications.

Lead Clad Drywall

Patson lead clad sheetrock is furnished as 1/2" and 5/8" type "X" fire code board meeting classification ASTM C 36, with pure lead sheet meeting federal specification QQ-L-201 F, GRADE C, factory laminated to the back side of the sheetrock. Lead strips(2") are provided for the joints. Lead disks are provided for covering the screw or nail heads.

Patson can provide shop drawings and spec sheets as required.
